## Update: 13:30 PT — Cascades pending items resolved (no double-bill; two optionals closed)
Followed up on the Cascades pending items from the recovery above. All three are now closed.
**#32303 ASSISTNURSE-PC billing was ALREADY DONE — do not re-bill.** Pulled up #32303 (note:
32303 is the ticket *number*; internal id `110680053``GET /tickets/32303` returns `{}`, must use
the id). Subject "Domain setup-entra sync", customer Cascades (20149445), status Invoiced. The 1.0h
onsite ASSISTNURSE-PC reinstall the 06-09 log flagged as "paused at preview" actually executed at
**2026-06-09 17:33** — ~25 min after the 17:08 log save, before the reboot. Confirmed: line item
`42793688` (Labor - Onsite Business 1.0 @ 175, created 17:33:00, desc "Clean Windows 11 reinstall on
ASSISTNURSE-PC...1.0h onsite"), customer-facing resolution comment "Resolution - ASSISTNURSE-PC
Windows 11 reinstall (onsite 6/8)" posted 17:32:59, and `prepay_hours` now **56.75** (the preview
predicted 57.75->56.75). The log's "pending" was stale. No write performed — re-billing would have
double-charged.
**Optional #1 (drive-map normalization) — adopted as a going-forward rule, existing maps unchanged.**
Per Howard: when setting up mapped drives, pick the MAIN/primary drive letter first (consistent
across users for the principal share), then assign the smaller/secondary maps. Howard chose to leave
the existing Cascades AcctDept maps as-is (Lauren X:, Chris Y:, Zachary Y:) and apply the convention
only to future work. Captured in memory `feedback_drive_letter_mapping.md` + MEMORY.md index line.
**Optional #2 (lock down legacy Accounting folder) — DECLINED, recorded as a standing rule.** Howard:
the `Main\Company Web Docs\Accounting` (Everyone:Full) folder is still in active use — do NOT scope
its ACL or "clean it up." Added as rule 3 in `feedback_cascades.md` + updated its index line. The
06-09 scan-to-folder build already created the separate clean `\\CS-SERVER\AcctDept` share; that is
the lockdown story, legacy folder intentionally untouched.
### Update — Configuration Changes
- `.claude/memory/feedback_drive_letter_mapping.md` — NEW (drive-letter convention, feedback).
- `.claude/memory/feedback_cascades.md` — added rule 3 (don't lock down legacy Accounting folder) + description.
- `.claude/memory/MEMORY.md` — index lines for the new memory + updated Cascades-rules line.
### Update — Pending / Incomplete Tasks
- Cascades thread fully closed; nothing pending on Howard's side.
- (Fleet, not Howard's) Safesite todo `5766a59f` still open — see above.
