## Update: 15:00 PT -- Final verification, old server shutdown, tracker updates
Verified TPS-Tina and TPS-JAYMI workstations: both have Netlogon running/Automatic, DC locator finds TPS-SVR, secure channel NERR_Success.
Ran full DC verification on TPS-SVR: all FSMO roles confirmed, DCDIAG passed all tests (minor W32Time and DHCP authorization warnings in SystemLog), AD replication healthy with 0 failures, all shares present (Quickbooks, Deployment, SYSVOL, NETLOGON), QuickBooksDB34 running.
Checked TPS-SERVER for active connections: one stale SMB session from Mel-PC (erin, 0 open files). QB data last modified 7/18 (Friday COB). No changes since cutover -- data on TPS-SVR matches.
Shut down TPS-SERVER via RMM (Stop-Computer -Force). Alert posted to #dev-alerts.
Updated all tracker issues with detailed billing-ready notes:
- #82: full work summary with time on-site (~3 hours), all tasks completed
- #84: closed with detailed work performed (robocopy, DBSM cutover, .ND files, GPO, verification)
- #85: updated as unblocked with 8-step decom checklist for next visit
AD has 9 workstation objects in the domain: EDIE-PC, INVOICE-PC, JAYMINEWDELL, EDIE-TPS, DESKTOP-TS1P9MT, DESKTOP-SRUOH4R, TPS-TINA, MEL-PC, TPS-JAYMI. Only 3 are active with GuruRMM agents (Mel-PC, TPS-JAYMI, TPS-Tina). The other 6 are likely stale computer objects from old/retired machines -- cleanup candidate for decom phase.
