**Resolved 2026-07-04 (Howard):** JANC Excavation and Construction (Syncro cid 2248945) and Janet Altschuler (cid 457710) are SEPARATE clients — janc-qb is NOT Janet's machine. Janet Altschuler remains fully NO-AV (2 paid devices, no footprint). JANC's EDR org (1 agent) stands on its own.
