+## Session Summary
+
+Routine start-of-session `/sync` on HOWARD-HOME to pull the harness optimization rollout
+that Mike pushed from GURU-5070. Two coord broadcasts were surfaced by the UserPromptSubmit
+hook (v1.1.0 P0 rollout and v1.2.0 Task 2) and reproduced verbatim before any work, per the
+coord-message rule. Both were informational announcements describing the exact commits this
+sync pulled — no action items.
+
+The sync fast-forwarded `5a9fe1b → 60f1a84`, pulling 25 commits (all authored by Mike
+Swanson). No local changes existed, so nothing was committed or pushed from this machine.
+The rebase was clean with no conflicts. Vault (D:/vault) was clean in both directions.
+
+No original work was performed this session beyond the sync itself. This log records the
+harness version bump and the notable changes now present on this machine for future-session
+searchability.

+## Key Decisions
