+### Bug 1: Vault Path Variable Collision in get-token.sh
+
+**Severity:** CRITICAL - Blocked all remediation-tool usage on all machines
+
+**Root Cause:**
+Variable name collision introduced in vault portability commits (0a7cd6b, a86df11).
+

+### Bug 2: Submodule Auto-Update Creating Noise

+**Issue:** sync script ran `git submodule update --remote` every sync
+**Result:** Frequent commits like `M projects/msp-tools/guru-rmm`
+**Why unnecessary:** Submodule location is fixed, not maintaining configuration
