chore(submodule): advance guru-rmm — BUG-007 runtime sqlx fix merged

Advances submodule pointer to ccf1361 (PR #24 merge commit 940ced1).
Converts remaining compile-time sqlx::query! macros to runtime queries,
unblocking offline/no-prepare builds.
