Living task list for the v2 redesign — done items, the forum re-theme (next),
and the go-live backlog (image finals, contact form, location/SEO pages, prod cutover).

+- [ ] **Forum (community.azcomputerguru.com) — re-theme to match v2.** It's a **Flarum** forum, linked from the homepage Dispatch Board ("Read all field reports"). Current `theme-v2.less` is an off-brand dark GitHub/Discord style (Lexend, layered grays) — needs a new v2-matching theme (Anton/Hanken/JetBrains Mono, signal-orange, bone/ink, brutalist, adapted for forum density/readability). DB creds in vault `services/flarum-community.sops.yaml`; origin likely IX (root SSH). *Awaiting go + how the theme is applied (Flarum admin custom LESS vs file).*

+- Subpages preserved all real v1 content/prices; some page-head mono metadata (DOC.0x) is decorative.
