+Confirmed server still not rebuilt after sync pulled Mike's 9 morning commits. Tested the 409 guard again — two scans, two IDs, old binary still running. Mike had read the original coord message (88c733a8) at 4:23 AM but had not done the rebuild. Sent a follow-up coord message (ee23d7ad) explicitly listing the three blockers and pointing at the specific commit needed (`a0a00bf`).
