Mike Swanson	5362dc780a	Fix: rename claude.md to CLAUDE.md (case-sensitive filesystem fix) ... Claude Code auto-loads CLAUDE.md (uppercase) at startup. On macOS/Windows (case-insensitive FS), claude.md resolves fine. On Linux (ext4/btrfs), it's a different file and never gets loaded — meaning all project directives, delegation rules, and context recovery instructions were silently missing on this workstation.
