All DNS records deleted 2026-06-09 (MX, SPF, autodiscover, A). Email+website down. Ticket #32404 Waiting on Customer. Domain in client GoDaddy.

Status check 2026-07-18: Ticket #32404 still Waiting on Customer. Domain is in client GoDaddy account (no ACG control). DNS records need to be recreated by client or with client granting access. No progress since 2026-06-09.
