The tailscale skill (tailscale-api.sh) is code-complete but non-functional: no vault entry exists at tailscale/api-access.sops.yaml. Need to provision an OAuth client (client_id + client_secret) or API key from the Tailscale admin console and store it in the SOPS vault.
