**Tailscale access:** Ollama listens on `0.0.0.0:11434`. `OLLAMA_HOST=0.0.0.0:11434` set at both Machine and User scope. Windows Firewall inbound rule "Ollama Tailscale" allows TCP 11434 from `100.0.0.0/8`. Task Scheduler task "Ollama Serve - Tailscale" restarts Ollama at logon with the correct binding (auto-created block rules from the Windows Firewall prompt were removed 2026-05-25).
