Session Summary

Routine start-of-session /sync on HOWARD-HOME to pull the harness optimization rollout that Mike pushed from GURU-5070. Two coord broadcasts were surfaced by the UserPromptSubmit hook (v1.1.0 P0 rollout and v1.2.0 Task 2) and reproduced verbatim before any work, per the coord-message rule. Both were informational announcements describing the exact commits this sync pulled — no action items.

The sync fast-forwarded 5a9fe1b → 60f1a84, pulling 25 commits (all authored by Mike Swanson). No local changes existed, so nothing was committed or pushed from this machine. The rebase was clean with no conflicts. Vault (D:/vault) was clean in both directions.

No original work was performed this session beyond the sync itself. This log records the harness version bump and the notable changes now present on this machine for future-session searchability.

Key Decisions

Wrote a brief, honest session log rather than a padded narrative — the session was a pure sync with no original work. The value here is recording the harness version transition.
Did not run /wiki-compile — /save is decoupled from wiki synthesis as of v1.2.0, and this root-scoped log implies no single wiki article.
