Tailscale access: Ollama listens on 0.0.0.0:11434. OLLAMA_HOST=0.0.0.0:11434 set at both Machine and User scope. Windows Firewall inbound rule "Ollama Tailscale" allows TCP 11434 from 100.0.0.0/8. Task Scheduler task "Ollama Serve - Tailscale" restarts Ollama at logon with the correct binding (auto-created block rules from the Windows Firewall prompt were removed 2026-05-25).
