Notes on what's being asked vs. declared
- #1 Britney — open question. Howard confirmed she's still employed; Meredith/John need to specify phone-yes-or-no and outside-sign-in-yes-or-no.
- #2 Alma — open question on role (admin / manager / other).
- #3 Polett — NOT a question. Howard is declaring the setup he intends: D+P, ALIS=Y, Outside=N, MedTech Memory Care Tue–Sat. Meredith/John stop him if wrong.
- #4 Ederick — open question on first-name spelling.
- #5 + #6 Agency — open question on preferred short username. Howard's proposal:
reliable1/reliable2rather thanreliable.agency.caregiver1/2. These are treated as shared agency-login accounts rather than per-person accounts.
