GPS Master Status - single current list
Updated: 2026-07-08 (live GuruRMM /api/agents + Syncro recurring schedules, reconciled
live with Winter (billing) and Mike (owner) in #ct-forum). The one authoritative at-a-glance
list: who is GPS, paying (GPS devices billed) vs enrolled (RMM), backup status, wiki. Detailed
history: tracker.md; backup detail: backup-map.md; onsite queue: onsite-check-list.md.
Legend - Backup: OK = running & adequate | REVIEW = seat/stale gap | FAIL = billed but not backing up | '-' = not billed. Wiki: slug if present, else NO.
2026-07-08 reconciliation (Winter + Mike) - RESOLVED
Sent Winter the full paying-vs-enrolled list; billing questions answered in #ct-forum. Outcomes:
- Over-enrolled -> billing was already corrected (live Syncro verified, now match RMM): Safesite 47/47 (was billed 37), Dataforth 52/52 (49 wkstn + 3 srv, was 43), Design & Brand Envoys 3/3, Quantum Wealth 4/4, Arizona Medical Transit 2/2.
- Cascades - GPS bills off a Syncro-asset counter (not a fixed qty); 29 line / 32 RMM reconciles through the counter. Not a discrepancy. (Winter)
- Jimmy Company - billed annually; qty 12 = one machine x 12 months minus 1 prepay discount. 1 machine, correct - not 12. (Winter)
- PUTT Land Surveying - Winter reduced GPS 7 -> 2 (owner's personal account only). 2/2 match.
- Stamback Septic - Winter reduced GPS 8 -> 3 to match managed machines (Mike flagged the 8). 3/3 match.
- MVAN = stay on GPS (Mike). PUTT = yes, personal only. Stamback = trimmed.
- Under-enrolled clients (Horseshoe, Reliant, Grabb, RARE, etc.): bills correct - deploy agents where reachable, rest are onsite (Winter: "auto install if you can").
STILL OPEN (held for tomorrow / Mike ruling)
- Glaz-Tech Industries - 159 GPS billed monthly vs 88 in RMM (not an annual artifact). Real anomaly - needs Mike/Winter ruling before any action.
- Brett Interiors - 4 in RMM / 3 billed (+1) - identify the extra box or add to billing.
Deploy split (auto-install "if you can") - PUSHED 2026-07-08
Pushed GuruRMM self-enroll one-liner via /screenconnect send-command to the 4 SC-reachable
Windows boxes. Result:
- Horseshoe Management -> DESKTOP-5DD8C43 (site GOLD-OCEAN-4982) - [OK] ENROLLED
- Residential & Renovation Eng -> DESKTOP-83II6D8 (site LIGHT-TIGER-4397) - [OK] ENROLLED
- MVAN Enterprises -> JUNE (site LOWER-FORGE-6736) - [OK] ENROLLED
- T & C Sorensen -> SERVER (Server 2016 Ess., site IRON-FORGE-1700) - [FAIL] install not completing despite a live SC guest (connected since 07-05, GuestInfo current). Sent twice, no enrollment after ~15min. Diagnose next session (WMI Win32_Processor / TLS egress / PS-via-SC), same class as SRV02/CP-QB. Session 08eaff71-3dd7-4f75-999e-a598bfd355dc.
Everything else in the under-enrolled gap is ONSITE (no SC session, long-offline, or Mac) -

wiki/clients/<slug>.mdto final state, then set Wiki= here.
