backup: DNS zones for websvr safe-cleanup accounts (20 zones, websvr + IX copies) 2026-07-17

Browse Source 
Pre-removal DNS zone backups for the 15 stale websvr accounts slated for cleanup.
cPanel DNS cluster (IX+websvr) deletes zones cluster-wide on account removal, so
these are captured to restore/recreate zones on IX post-removal. Sources: websvr
/var/named (cluster-live copy) + IX /var/named (restore-target copy).
