+   - Initial attempt to re-encrypt entire file failed (no matching creation rules)
+   - Root cause: SOPS config requires `.sops.yaml` extension in path
+   - Solution: Used `sops` editor mode to update in-place
+

+   - Changed `version: 6.1.10` → `version: 7.0` in encrypted vault
