+
+Routine repo sync session on GURU-KALI. No substantive work performed beyond bringing the local clone current with origin. Three `/sync` invocations across the session: the first found the repo already in sync, the second pulled 32 commits from team activity earlier in the day, and the third confirmed sync state. No code changes, no deploys, no client work, no agent delegation — purely a state-refresh session to catch this workstation up.
