AND was git-tracked (not gitignored), so a stale RED census propagated to the repo and could clobber a published GREEN if drained. Fix: gitignore .claude/coord-queue.jsonl; the queue writer must prefix the curl path with the full coord_api base or set MSYS2_ARG_CONV_EXCL/MSYS_NO_PATHCONV to stop path conversion.
