+Per Howard, DM'd Mike (discord-dm, message_id 1521390955196842055) to decide LEGALASST's path: (1) activate with the ACG Windows Pro MAK = $99 charged to Rednour + consumes a MAK seat, or (2) talk Rednour into a new machine (aged/unsupported whitebox — recommended replacement regardless). Message noted both the WordPerfect and .zip issues are resolved by the Win11 upgrade, that there is no genuine license to recover, and that 1.5 hr remote is already on #32368 un-invoiced.
