Discovered: 2026-07-14

Replace SonicWall (no admin access) + USG with UDM Pro to regain DHCP/DNS control. Network-only swap (QB stays on old server). UDM Pro config verified: LAN 192.168.1.1/24, DHCP .100-.199, manual DNS .125/.135, Ping Conflict Detection on. DHCP plan + cutover runbook + verify script written. Was scheduled for 2026-07-15 morning. Status: verify if completed.

Verified complete 2026-07-19. UDM Pro confirmed online via Site Manager:

  • WAN IP: 184.176.147.183, LAN: 192.168.0.220
  • USW-16-PoE switch adopted and online (192.168.1.188)
  • WAN metrics: 899 Mbps down / 38 Mbps up, 16ms latency, 0 packet loss, 0 downtime across all recent intervals
  • SonicWall/USG fully replaced. Network stable since cutover.
