Most recent work (2026-03-09): employee offboarding for Lesley Roth — account disabled, sessions revoked, password reset, account-only wipe sent to two iPhones, mailbox access granted to Shelly and Barry, litigation hold confirmed. Scripts for the entire offboarding process are in `clients/bg-builders/scripts/`.
