Patterns & Known Issues
- Backups are the recurring theme. Ticket history is dominated by backup setup/repair (QuickBooks data files, external-drive issues, online/manual backup checks) going back to 2019. The local backup drive filling up and failing is the latest instance.
- Aging single workstation. One machine, Windows 10 EOL on 2012-era hardware — expect reliability/perf issues (2 unexpected shutdowns in 14 days observed at onboarding) until replaced.
- Leftover third-party tooling. A Kaseya RMM agent from a prior provider was found and removed at onboarding — watch for other orphaned vendor software.
Active Work
- No open Syncro tickets as of 2026-06-19.
