BLASTER2 Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (build 19045, EOL 2025-10-14) Lenovo, i5-3470 (2012), 3.8 GB RAM, BIOS 2013 Workgroup, IP 192.168.0.95. Only managed machine. Replacement recommended (EOL OS on unsupportable hardware).

Backups (MSP360 / mspbackups)

Patterns & Known Issues

  • Backups are the recurring theme. Ticket history is dominated by backup setup/repair (QuickBooks data files, external-drive issues, online/manual backup checks) going back to 2019. The local backup drive filling up and failing is the latest instance.
  • Aging single workstation. One machine, Windows 10 EOL on 2012-era hardware — expect reliability/perf issues (2 unexpected shutdowns in 14 days observed at onboarding) until replaced.
  • Leftover third-party tooling. A Kaseya RMM agent from a prior provider was found and removed at onboarding — watch for other orphaned vendor software.

Active Work

  • No open Syncro tickets as of 2026-06-19.
