Portal:
- Code entry page with dark theme
- Browser detection for download instructions
- Custom protocol handler support
- Mobile-friendly numeric input

Server:
- Support codes module (6-digit generation, validation)
- Static file serving for portal
- New API endpoints: /api/codes/*
