- GetDesc now returns value instead of mutable param
- CPUAccessFlags is u32, not flag wrapper
- SetEvictionPriority takes enum directly
- Fix encode_utf16 iteration
- Rename display variable to avoid tracing conflict
- Fix borrow issue in websocket receive
