Replace the 5 reused stock images with 21 unique, page-relevant, on-brand images,
art-directed by all three models (Claude curating, Grok generating, Gemini
reviewing each). Every slot now earns its place: server rack on Services, drive
vault on Backup, monitoring desk + on-site install on Managed IT, roadmap on vCIO,
device desk on M365, desk phone on Phones, server blades on Web hosting, a real
workbench on About, and the honest monsoon hero. Contact's window sill is gone
(a warm local computer shop with an OPEN sign now).
- Per-slot aspect handling (21/7 ultra-wide page-head banners, 4/5 portrait story
figures) so nothing crops; five DISTINCT Tucson beats, not one desert repeated.
- Treatment mix: new .frame--duo-soft (light grade, photo leads) for human/scene
shots; heavy .frame--duo duotone for infrastructure/landscape.
- Owner-review fixes: cabling re-rolled hands-free (no finger artifacts), clean AP
ceiling, and 4 nature "LIGHT" shots swapped for on-topic IT imagery (vintage-80s
computer/ROOTS, offsite backup drives/COPIES, roadmap+compliance/ROADMAP,
server LEDs/UPTIME); captions updated to match.
- HERO-STRATEGY.md: documented the future seasonal-series / highlight-slider hero
plan. TODO: added the AI Consultant service + multi-city/Tucson SEO next phases.
Grok image-to-video not producing artifacts (hero video deferred, logged). Old
reused assets now orphaned (safe to prune). Live on ww9.

Grok self-diagnosed and fixed the empty-text failure: the reasoning modes
(text/verify/review*) pinned -m grok-build, which the CLI (0.2.111) now rejects
as an unknown model id, producing empty output with a blank stopReason. Updated
the pin to grok-4.5 (the current default per `grok models`). Media/xsearch keep
GROK_MODEL="" (runtime default). Adds HEADLESS.md + PEER_GUIDE.md docs.
Verified: `ask-grok.sh text` now returns cleanly on GURU-5070.

Replace the generic "we used to be a break-fix shop and reformed" origin with
Mike Swanson's true founding story, in the owner-chosen "both" voice (company
narrative + an attributed first-person pull-quote). Generalized specifics (a
county agency at 17, dad in the chip business, no names), kept the real
newspaper-ad line, and grounded the ethos: honesty, respect, and not letting
anyone weaponize what people don't know about tech (the honest-mechanic thread).
- New origin heading "The honest one, from day one." reframes ACG as the honest
alternative FROM THE START (villain = shady shops, not break/fix; break/fix
still owned openly).
- Founder pull-quote (owner-approved wording): "I couldn't stand watching people
get taken advantage of just because they didn't know how a computer worked..."
- Radio-show section grounded in its real why (bought air time to counter
on-air misinformation).
- Gemini collaboration: tone A-, ethos "high impact", integrity "clean & aligned";
folded in its tightenings. Founder-story + ethos captured to memory.

Trimmed the active log to the last ~30 days; older June entries moved verbatim
to errorlog-archive/2026-06.md. Keeps recent noise-cluster/repeat-ref patterns
visible for linting while bounding the active file.

ps-encoded.sh: read_script's `exit 1` on a missing file only killed the
$(read_script|encode_b64) subshell, so callers saw empty $b64 and logged a
misleading "encode produced empty output". All 14 such errorlog hits were
actually file-not-found (relative paths vs ps-encoded's CWD, backslash-stripped
Windows paths). Added empty_reason(): now reports "script file not found: <path>"
with pass-an-absolute-path guidance, vs "empty/invalid" for a present-but-empty
file. Annotated the errorlog cluster [RESOLVED].
Also lands the PST-SERVER ACL-propagation memory from prior session.

Sub-index expand (Opus): each service detail page's "What's included" list is now
a pretty accordion (extends the contact FAQ disclosure — rotating +/x, accent
rule, dark-band styling). Click an item to reveal a plain-English explanation
written for a non-technical business owner: define the term (patch, EDR, MFA,
SSL, vCIO, e911, porting...), why it matters in real terms, and a soft
"that's what a free consultation is for" nudge on ~1 item/page. All 41 items
rewritten; default-collapsed; keyboard + reduced-motion accessible.
Data fix: radio show call-in number corrected 520-790-2020 -> 520-790-2040
across all 14 pages (display + tel: links). Forum theme was already clean.

Add a detail sub-page for each of the 8 services in "THE FULL INDEX"
(managed-it, backup-recovery, projects-block-time, cybersecurity,
vcio-compliance, microsoft-365, business-phones, web-hosting) in the v2 design
language, and make every index card clickable through to it (homepage "THE
INDEX" rows + all services.html rows; name is a stretched row link, price stays
a secondary link to pricing).
Each page: page-head (Anton name + mono kicker + FROM-price + duotone figure),
what-it-is, what's-included (dark band ledger), how-we-deliver (concierge/human
angle), who-it's-for + real pricing, CTA. Voice is straightforward-IT balanced
with warm/personal, matching the About page. All prices grounded from
pricing.html; scope confirmed against the live site; no fabricated specifics.
All 10 pages 200, styled, zero console errors, responsive to 390px.

Reproduce the client's real power-button "G" logo mark as a clean vector
(geometry measured off the hi-res source, not autotraced) and wire it in as the
header icon + theme-adaptive SVG favicon across all 6 pages, keeping the Anton
wordmark (owner's choice: mark + type). Source wordmark logos pulled from the
current WordPress site into v2/assets/brand/ for reuse.
- v2/assets/acg-g-mark.svg — faithful vector mark, currentColor outline + orange
core, adapts orange-on-bone / bone-on-charcoal and to light/dark favicon.
- favicon + .brand__mark updated on all pages; acg-mark.svg overwritten too.
- Mark uses the v2 palette (#E24A12 + ink) vs the logo's original orange+navy.

Living task list for the v2 redesign — done items, the forum re-theme (next),
and the go-live backlog (image finals, contact form, location/SEO pages, prod cutover).

Redesign the five subpages (services, pricing, about, contact, calculator) to
the v2 premium editorial-brutalist system and wire up one cohesive site (Fable).
- Shared byte-identical global header/footer nav across all 6 pages
(Home/Services/Pricing/About/Contact + Estimate CTA; aria-current via JS).
- services: full 8-service catalog grouped Run/Protect/Connect in a dark band.
- pricing: GPS tiers + support/block-time + hosting/M365/phones, all published.
- about: origin story + the "locally owned, not an out-of-state acquisition"
independence line + a KVOI radio-authority section.
- contact: info + form + FAQ accordion (two-column editorial layout).
- calculator: functional live estimator with a dark "Monthly Statement" panel
(calculator.js); math verified.
- Polish pass: contact FAQ two-column split, pricing "everything else" tables as
full-width editorial rows, about on-air number scaling, and a real mobile
overflow fix (.price-block min-width:0 — 390px now exactly 390 on all pages).
All real v1 content/prices/copy preserved; contact form remains a demo stub.
Deployed to the ww9 root (v1 pages backed up server-side). Source: v2/.

The editorial-brutalist reimagining built on Fable, promoted to the ww9 root
(ww9.azcomputerguru.com). Homepage flagship establishing the new design language:
giant Anton hero with an animated city rotator (Tucson -> Phoenix -> Scottsdale ->
Flagstaff -> EVERYWHERE, odometer roll, ~3.3s, reduced-motion safe), dark manifesto
inversion band, "THE INDEX" services ledger, poster-scale "NOTHING HIDDEN" pricing,
Dispatch board, mono-metadata signature motif + faint structural grid. Grok-generated
art-directed imagery (monsoon-Tucson hero, patch-panel field shot) replaces the stock
photos. AGY sign-off: "bespoke, high-end studio delivery."
Geo-broadened beyond Tucson (Mike): all AZ cities in a crawlable service-area strip +
LocalBusiness areaServed JSON-LD, copy widened to Arizona-wide/everywhere while keeping
the local-authority signals (radio show, since-2001, roots). Staging no-cache .htaccess.
Homepage nav rewritten root-relative for the root deploy. Subpages remain v1 (redesign
next). Source: projects/acg-website/v2/.

Pull the impeccable-built static redesign (ww9.azcomputerguru.com) into
projects/acg-website/ and apply the genuinely-real fixes from the AGY review.
AGY's original critique was ~80% capture artifact (un-triggered scroll-reveals
+ full-page-screenshot rendering of position:fixed elements); the real work was
six small fixes, all deployed live to ww9 and verified:
- exit-offer banner: visibility:hidden until triggered (was bleeding behind nav)
- hero h1 line-height 0.9 -> 1.0 (descender collision)
- "2001" stat: solid number (was split 20|01; .u accent kept only on real units)
- .svc__meta price color --accent-ink -> --ink (reserve orange for action links)
- radio bars de-stacked (Mike's call): static promo stays top, scrolling ticker
un-fixed from position:fixed bottom overlay to an in-flow band above the footer
- .svc__calc-link display:block (consistent own-line rhythm across all 6 rows)
Includes the live-site UI/UX plan and corrected project memory (documents the
scroll-trigger-before-screenshot requirement so future passes don't chase phantoms).
