## Patterns & Known Issues
- **Backups are the recurring theme.** Ticket history is dominated by backup setup/repair (QuickBooks data
files, external-drive issues, online/manual backup checks) going back to 2019. The local backup drive
filling up and failing is the latest instance.
- **Aging single workstation.** One machine, Windows 10 EOL on 2012-era hardware — expect reliability/perf
