59b5f1f5f2 wiki: update PST (deletion-report location) + add fast wiki-compile 'update' mode 
- peaceful-spirit: record the standing 'Mara audit log' (daily PST Deletion Report task,
  SACL 4660/4663 on G:\Shares\Scanned) and its new output location under the legal/
  partner-review folder (moved 2026-07-02). Surgical update, no full recompile.
- wiki-compile: add an incremental UPDATE mode (now the no-flag default) that folds only
  session logs newer than last_compiled via targeted section edits — no Sonnet subagent,
  no full-article regeneration. --full is now the explicit REBUILD; --syncro is the
  instant Syncro-only refresh. Addresses the slow-rebuild complaint.

ca44a005cc wiki: correct SPEC-030 software uninstall to BETA / not guaranteed (Howard) 
Code is merged + deployed but the feature is beta and unreliable —
best-effort only, not guaranteed on protected AV, WiX bundles, UI-only
or lingering-child uninstallers, or drivers. Reframe 'SHIPPED' framing
across Summary, Capabilities, Active State, History, and the index.

SPEC-030 remote software inventory + bulk uninstall (engine, three-state
knowledge base, async removal jobs, migrations 061-064), universal
self-detecting installer (Feature 9, v0.6.71); versions to 0.6.75/0.3.87;
flag stale PR #40-#46 migration numbering as [VERIFY].

7173f4dc12 synology: live-verify against cascadesDS, fix services method + pipe handling 
First live exercise of the skill against the Cascades DS718+ (DSM 7.2.1, VPN up).
- Fix `services`: SYNO.Core.Service.list 103s on DSM 7.2.1 -> method is `get`.
- Fix `apis | head` BrokenPipeError traceback -> caught, clean exit.
- SKILL.md status PLUMBED -> VERIFIED 2026-06-25 with live device facts.
- wiki/cascades-tucson: add NAS specs, resolve model/RAM/DSM TODO.

f55b8d2556 docs: purge stale fabb3421 narrative — Mail.Send already lives in the 365 app suite 
Mail.Send is NOT an open decision or a 'blocked' item: the Exchange Operator
tier (b43e7342) already holds Graph Mail.Send + Mail.ReadWrite +
MailboxSettings.ReadWrite (the suite's IR victim-notification mail path).
/mailbox (ACG own-mail) separately uses the dedicated ComputerGuru Mailbox app
1873b1b0. The deleted fabb3421/Claude-MSP-Access app is now referenced only as
DELETED/do-not-use across all live surfaces.

Corrected: remediation-tool gotchas.md (removed 'suite has no mail scopes /
mailbox BLOCKED / decision-not-executed'), commands/mailbox.md (header +
Attribution no longer name the deleted app as active), feedback memory
(promoted 'suite has Mail.Send — settled' to a headline), breach-report
template, .grok mirrors, credentials.md, CATALOG_SHARED_DATA.md, and wiki
(internal-infrastructure, glaztech, dataforth). Removed dead plaintext secret
for the deleted app from CATALOG_SHARED_DATA.md.
